PROGRAMMING PROPOSALS: If you are interested in proposing a program, exhibition, or event at the Arts Center at Duck Creek, please review all the information below, and submit your proposal by email to info@duckcreekarts.org.
*Proposals sent to other admin ACDC emails may not be received.
ARTS CENTER AT DUCK CREEK PROPOSAL GUIDELINES
Proposals will be accepted ONLY during the month of September, with a deadline of 12 pm on October 15.
If your proposal has been accepted, you will be alerted by January 10, 2025.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: *all materials must be in one complete PDF file under 10MB. Links to additional materials are welcome (learn to make a PDF here).

- CV or resume (3 pages max) for all participants
- Project Summary with 10-15 images providing an overview of the exhibition’s content.
- All artwork images must include title, date, dimensions and materials.
- Project Summary artwork must be available for exhibition. Artworks included for reference only must be noted as such.
- All Projects must meet EH Town requirements and ACDC Board Approval, so please provide clear and detailed information regarding the logistics of your program and its execution.
RESTRICTIONS OF USE:
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY of the John Little Studio is 40 people.
NO ADMISSION FEES are permitted on site. All programming at Duck Creek is free of charge. Suggested donations are permissible.
NO RETAIL activity is permitted on site. Contact information for the artist(s) or the artist(s)’ representatives are welcome.
NO PRIVATE EVENTS are permitted on site. All members of the public are allowed access to the grounds between dawn and dusk.
EXHIBITION SPACE INFORMATION:
- See architectural plans below for dimensions (each links to high resolution file).
- The Barns are alarmed for theft/fire, but does not have a fire suppression system.
- The Barns are not Climate Controlled, and all doors will remain open during public hours for public safety/fire code requirements.
- The Barns are restored historic landmarks and cannot be in any way structurally modified by the Arts Center at Duck Creek.
